Return & Refund Policy

At Aelis Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You have proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation.

  • The product is not damaged or altered by the customer.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (like soaps, serums, oils, shampoos, etc.)

  • Health and wellness items once opened or used

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Customized or limited-edition products


3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item:

  1. Email us at aeliscare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product images for verification.

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  4. You will need to send the product back to us in its original condition.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.


4. Replacement Policy

We provide a free replacement in case of:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item received

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the received package.
After verification, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–5 working days.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at aeliscare@gmail.com.

  • Provide clear photos or unboxing video proof.

  • Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as per your choice.
